	IsTransparentBackground Returns TRUE if the back-most background is using transparency. bTrans = myJAM.IsTransparentBackground( ) Return value TRUE if transparency is enabled. FALSE if not. Comments When transparency is used, black areas of the background will appear in the frame's background colour instead.
