IsOverBackground
	IsOverBackground Checks if the instance is overlapping the background. bOver = myInstance.IsOverBackground( Fine_Detection ) Return value TRUE if the instance is overlapping the background, otherwise FALSE. Parameters Fine_Detection TRUE to check for a collision on a pixel level. FALSE (default) to check only the bounding box Comments Version 1.0.8 and earlier use the same code for IsCollideXYZ and IsOverXYZ.
