Toggles the specified flag

bSuccess = myInstance.ToggleFlag( index )

Return value
TRUE if the flag was changed successfully, otherwise FALSE.

Parameters
  • index
    Index of the flag to change
Comments

If the flag is on, this will turn it off, and if it is off, this will turn it on.
