	IsMIS Returns TRUE if Machine Independant Speed is currently in use. bMIS = mySpecial.IsMIS( ) Return value TRUE if Machine Indepandant Speed is turned ON, otherwise FALSE. Comments This returns whether or not the MIS techniques will be used. There is currently no way to detect if they are actually being used.
