	RestartFrame Restarts the current frame bSuccess = myStoryboard.RestartFrame( ) Return value TRUE if the frame restarted successfully, otherwise FALSE. Comments This function is just provided as a short-cut for SwapFrame(GetCurrentFrame()) As for SwapFrame, you should call Return soon after calling this.
